Final Post

Final Post:
One of my struggles that I had during this experience is that I never got off the topic of Warriors and never did another book that's related to Warriors. I think I can overcome this by looking at other books at the library that is close to it but not exactly like that. Some of my strengths are I always have a summary that I think is good.

 This is the post that I think is the best of all. It has a summary and description of Fireheart. It also has questions that I have asked and hopefully will be answered when I finish the book. http://maddieblogg.blogspot.com/2013/10/forests-of-secrets.html This shows a great description on how Fireheart has to win his trust to Thunderclan this also has an analysis on how the book ended but with another mystery to unfold.

The goals I want to accomplish is to read more books other than the Warriors. I want to go out of my box and read more mysterious books and fantasy books and other things. I also want to improve on displays and links. I want to improve on using Goodreads more.

Forests of Secrets: Summary, Questions, and Description

Forests of Secrets:
During this book tension is high among the clans. Food is scarce and fevers and colds are running high. Fireheart is determined to reveal the treachery of Tigerclaw, deputy of Thunderclan. Fireheart and Greystripe find their kits in the river and save them. They soon figure out that their camp has moved because of the flood when all the snow melts and greenleaf will soon come. They take on the challenge of feeding them with prey from their territory. Of course they get caught and return to the apprentice den for a moon or so. Also because of the flood they are unable to get top the gathering but will soon find out how to get there.

Questions:

• Will Fireheart reveal the treachery of Tigerclaw?
• Will the Thunderclan cats go to the gathering that is so important?
• Will Fireheart stop getting in trouble?

Fireheart:
 Fireheart has a flame colored pelt with green penetrating eyes. He is very brave and loyal to Thunderclan. He was raised as a kittypet in a twolegs home off the side of the forest. He met 3 Thunderclan cats on his journey in the forest, Lionheart, Bluestar, and Greypaw (Greystripe). He soon joins and has to proof himself to the other cats that he is strong and loyal. He also proofs that he can do anything a wild cat can do and not be a soft-kittypet.

Analysis:
This book was amazingly tense and always kept me hanging. I loved when something dramatic happened and they would have to solve it he problem and Fireheart will be the one who saves the clan. In the end Tigerclaw's treachury was revealed and Thunderclan were able to go to the gathering but with a battle the day after the gathering by Windclan and Shadowclan.

Forest of Secrets-Predictions

Summary:

In Forests of Secrets Fireheart plans to reveal the truth about Tigerclaw's treachery. He ventures toward highstones and speaks to Ravenpaw(former apprentice of Thunderclan). Fireheart and Greystripe wanted to know what actually happened. Before this a battle had occured three days before between all the clans. Thunderclan and Windclan joined and fought off Shadowclan and Riverclan so Windclan will not be driven out again. Tigerclaw, trying to reveal a fake treachery. Tigerclaw wants Fireheart ouot of the way so that he can kill Bluestar and become a leader of Thunderclan.


Predictions:

• I think Tigerclaw will try killing Bluestar but in the end Fireheart will come and save her. After what happened I believe Tigerclaw will be banished and will go to a different clan and gain power there, meaning being leader of their clan.

• Next he will make his clan raid on Thunderclan territory and bring bloodshed to all cats who try to oppose him. He will want revenge on Fireheart and Thunderclan.

Characters:
Fireheart a new warrior of Thuderclan is entrusted to take on an apprentice so they can speed up the process of gettin gnew warriors. Fireheart's new apprentice is named Cinderpaw. She is full of energy and keeps Fireheart running after her. Fireheart soon realizes that Bluestar has greencough(a dangerous cold that kills cats every winter). On her last life now Fireheart has to protect her and keep Tigerclaw out of trouble(Tigerclaw is a senior warrior and is a cold warrior that has no emotion.) In the mayham Cinderpaw meets Tigerclaw at a narrow palce by a thunderpath(Street) and gets hit by a monster(car). With the pain of his injured apprentice and Bluestar on her last life his friend Greystripe has been meeting a beautiful she-cat from Riverclan, Silverstream. In the help of saving his friends secret he gets into a cruel and confusing fight with Greystripe and soon Fireheart has brought a kit into the clan, his sisters first born. Will Fireheart ever things back on track? Will Bluestar lose her last life?

Fire and Ice- Analysis

Analysis:
"The forest needs four clans," Bluestar insisted. "Just as we have four seasons, Starclan has given us four clans. We must find Windclan as soon as possible and bring them home."

This book is about a four groups of cats called a clan. Every full-moon they go to a gathering where they meet in peace. They also have boundaries and if they cross their boundaries they might go to battle with each other over food because it is so scarce.

This shows that this book will be about Thunderclan trying to find Windclan and bringing them home. But during the gathering Nightpelt and Crookedstar didn't want Windclan to come back because they wanted the land for themselves to feed their kits and clanmates during the winter when its cold. Fireheart and Greystripe have the honor to go out of the forest and search for the bedraggled Windclan.

I think this series is very suspenseful in every chapter and is very adventurous in every book and sentence I read. I also think this book is grat because you would never think of a group of cats to follow codes and listen to leaders.

Into the Wild

Into the Wild:
Rusty, a cat with a flame colored pelt was a kittypet (a cat that lives with twolegs(humans)) but his soft kittypet life was too much for him. He soon wandered into the forest beyond his fence. He was asked to join Thunderclan by a group of cats and he would soon become an apprentice of Thunderclan. There he had to work harder than everyone else to prove that being a kittypet won't hold him back. With his new name, Firpaw, he will soon fulfill the prochecy fortold a few  moons before.
 "Fire will save our clan."

Warriors: Into the Wild: Book Recommendation

Warriors: Into the Wild

     I think people who like cats and adventure. During this book Rusty becomes an outdoor cat instead of being an indoor cat. This cat adventures into the territory of mean cats part of clans. He also learns to share and care for what you have. This book would be great to read if you like fantasy. This book also shows what important for survival and what is important so animals can live in peace.

This website is the official website of the Warriors series. The author has a summary and other things on this website for each day. There are tons of fun games and things to help learn about the whole series.

This is not an official video of the authors but its pretty close to what happens in the book. The recommendations are highly. It is very cool to look at a different view other than reading. Untold Story

The main characters of this book are Mistystar, Hollyleaf and Cloudstar. There are 3 stories in one. The first story is about Hollyleaf who goes in the tunnels after killing her clanmate, Ashfur. Hollyleaf is a dark tabby cat that is injured in a cold cave. Fallenleaves has lived in the tunnels and has helped Hollyleaf with her injury from the rock fall that trapped her in the caves. After sometime she has learned every route of the caves and has adjusted to the darkness and has learned to catch fish in the underground river. She has also learned to sense where cats are in the tunnel by the sound of their paws and the smell of them.

The  next story is Mistystar's story. Mistystar is a sleek cat with a grey pelt that looks like silver in the moonlight. Leapordstar has died because a sickness and the lack of food in the rivers. In the ancient way deputies have to become the leaders of the clan once their leader has died or retired. In the sadness of the death of some elders and their leader, Mistystar has become the new leader and in the trouble of loss of food. She is troubled and needs help from Starclan and realizes her friend doesn't believe in them when she is the Medicine cat.

The last story was about Cloudstar and the struggle to live in the forest with all clans. Cloudstar is the leader of Skyclan and has a mate named with Birdflight that is soon going to have 2 kits that will be the live of Cloudstar's life. The food is shortening because of twolegs building houses on their land. Cloudstar urges his clan to stay calm and stay strong. He urges them to take back the land they gave to Thunderclan and will lose the battle. While staying slim from loss of food Cloudstar urges the clan that they will survive and Skyclan will live in the forest forever. At the end he becomes a great leader and has to leave the forest and leave his mate and kits. He then turns his back on Starclan and searches for a new home somewhere other than the forest where they have food and everything they need.

The setting in this book are in the tunnels under a land filled with cats that live in clans. Hollyleaf a cat from Thunderclan has told a secret that ruined the life of her mother Leafpool the medicine cat and her sister Squirrelflight who pretended to be her mother in order to protect her sisters "crime" in order to stay in the clan.(Medicine cats can not have kits and no cat can have a mate in another clan, This is the Warrior code.) Hollyleaf killed Ashfur to keep the secret a secret. But in the end she told all four clans about Leafpool's treachery. Hollyleaf then told her two brothers Lionblaze and Jayfeather that she killed Ashfur. She then fleeed into the tunnels but a rock slide soon engulfed the tunnel leaving Hollyleaf in the tunnels with an injured leg. Everyone in the clan thought she was dead but she lived under them with Fallenleaves a cat that helped her through the tunnels and now she secretly looks over Thunderclan to see how they have been doing and she helped them find medicine herbs and helped a pair of kits from foxes.The other setting is the woods of Thunderclan.

My book: Suntrail

Warriors: Sun Trail

The character I chose for this book is the main character is Gray Wing. He is strong willed and has a great heart. This cat is a member of a tribe that lives in the mountains they hunt for food and live in a cave behind a waterfall. The tribe was running out of food and a group of cats were going to venture away from the mountains to find a better home so they can find food. Gray Wing's younger brother wanted to go with the group but he was too young. Jagged Peak ventured after them late night to follow the group of cats. Gray Wing worried for his little brother followed his scent and saved him from eagles. They were too far away from their homes so they kept on going to find the group of cats. Gray Wing finds the cats and hopefully he'll find their new home.

This video is a little like this book but the Warriors: Into The Wild is a different series than Warriors: The Sun Trail. Gray Wing is a cat from the mountains who died before any of the other cats were born in the book Into The Wild. This video is the same concept of The Sun Trail but different characters.
